Our story

Prompts build demos. We build enterprises.

A short story about why AI alone can't build enterprise software, and what we built so that it can.

Three people at laptops surrounded by windows, chat bubbles and documents

You've seen the demo. One prompt, and a working app appears in minutes.

Then you try it on a real project. Somewhere around week six, it falls apart.

Why prompting breaks at enterprise scale

Real enterprise work isn't one screen. It's hundreds of requirements, legacy systems to connect, approvals at every step, auditors who ask why, and stakeholders who disagree.

Prompting is great for prototypes. Enterprise applications are not prototypes.

Who we are

For more than 20 years we have served the IT industry, from banking to commerce to manufacturing. Along the way we built low-code platforms for enterprises, including Oracle business applications.

Along the way we have met every kind of client:

Three years of building with AI

Three years ago we brought the world's leading frontier AI models into our own delivery. On small tasks they were remarkable. On large products, our project diaries started to look like this:

  1. “This is amazing. We'll be done by Friday.”
  2. “Why does every screen look different?”
  3. “I asked it to fix a label. Why is checkout broken?”
  4. “All tests pass. So why is the client upset?”
  5. “Who wrote this code?” Nobody knows.

The model wasn't the problem. What was missing was everything around it.

04

So we built Defender.
An AI-agentic low-code platform.

Our domain knowledge became hundreds of ready-made, production-tested modules, from data access and security to workflow automation. Plus ready-made integrations, from payment gateways and maps to ERP, CRM, SSO, e-signature, email and SMS. And ready-made AI agents for customer service, sales, HR and finance. We simply call them blocks.

Then we built 50+ carefully tuned AI agents. They pick the right blocks and add your business logic on top, so a production-grade business application takes shape rapidly. Every step follows a strictly governed AI-native SDLC workflow, guided by our expert team.

What it took

Underneath Defender's AI-native SDLC workflow sits Rx1, our state-of-the-art low-code platform, built in Rust for speed, safety and reliability. It is the entire ecosystem every application is built on, and it follows five principles we call SPICO: secure, process, integrate, connect and operate. All of it is ready before the first line of your code is written.

A woodworking workshop: a master carpenter with a chisel beside a finished cabinet, and a beginner with the same chisel beside a pile of splinters
06

The best chisel in the world
still needs a craftsman.

AI is the most powerful tool the software industry has ever had. But it doesn't know your client's approval chain, why finance will reject that design, or which shortcut fails an audit three years later. That comes from people who have delivered for years.

That is why every Defender engagement is led by our own expert team: delivery heads, domain experts, business analysts and forward-deployed engineers, all specially trained for AI-driven delivery. They hold the chisel, and together they ship production-grade applications faster than any conventional delivery team.

Don't take our word for it. Watch it build.

You could try to build it yourself. It took us a year of full-time engineering: sleepless nights, thousands of experiments that failed, and more rewrites than we care to count. All of it built on lessons we learned the hard way over 20 years of delivery across many industries and domains. You don't need to repeat any of it. Partner with Triyas, and your next project runs on our platform from day one.
